Shoreline
Regardless of what is going on in the world or my life, going to the water lifts my spirits. I can spend an entire day watching the waves, walking along the wet sand at any time of year, and observing others who are there. The unique democracy of the beach is part of its appeal. There are children, senior citizens, teenagers, families, friends, individuals. You cannot determine income or social status. This project celebrates the shoreline as it is for so many who spend time there -- a place of beauty, solace and most importantly, joy.
